Please note that we are closed on weekends and all public holidays as per the Sri Lankan calendar
Step 1 - Place Your Order:
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order ID. If you’ve selected bank transfer as your payment method, please send the receipt to hello@www.papertrailplanners.com to proceed with the order.
Step 2 - Processing Orders:
Orders are typically processed within 3-4 working days before dispatch.
For pre-sale items, please contact us via whatsApp / email / any of our socials for the estimated dispatch date.
Step 3 - Order Dispatch:
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an ‘Order Complete’ email confirming it has left our premises and is now with the courier.
Step 4 - Delivery:
From the date of dispatch:
Orders within Sri Lanka:
- Colombo: Delivery may take up to 4 days.
- Out of Colombo: Delivery may take up to 14 days.
International orders:
- Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Within Sri Lanka:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an ‘Order Complete’ email.
If you wish to track your order, please contact us with your order ID for tracking details.
Please note that tracking options may vary depending on the third-party courier service we use at the time.
International:
Your package will be shipped via EMS. The tracking code will be sent directly to your email / whatsApp once the product has been dispatched.
Please whatsApp us or email us to check if we can accommodate your urgent order.
Please email us your requirements, and we will get back to you within 2 to 3 working days.
Within Sri Lanka:
Please contact the courier service directly with your tracking number, or whatsApp / email us your delivery ID, and we will provide an update.
International:
You can track your package using the EMS postal tracking website: EMS postal tracking.
Alternatively, email us your delivery ID, and we will get back to you with an update.
Please email us at hello@www.papertrailplanners.com with a photo of the product and a brief description of the issue.
In the meantime, kindly avoid using the product.
